New feature: Last used canned responses.

Now you will see your last used canned responses when you open canned responses. It helps to use this feature in two clicks: open canned responses, click on one of them from the list.

New feature: Links to next and previous articles.

We/ve added an ability to show next and previous articles' links. It helps users to read your knowledge base articles as documentation (step by step).



This option is enabled by default but you are able to disable it in your Knowledge base settings. Just disable the option "Show links to previous and next articles".

New feature: Ability to use separate links to your Knowledge Bases and Community Forums for different languages.


If you have multi-language portal and have translations for articles in your Knowledge Base would be nice to have separate links for each language version of your article. In this case Search Engines will indexing your Knowledge base much better and your customers will find answers on their questions with less affords.


If your service plan has "translations" option and your project use more than one language you are able to enable this feature for specific Knowledge Base or Community Forum in the kb/forum settings. The option "Multi-language URLs".


Here is an example of links to the same article:

New feature: Use canned responses translated to user's language.

If you have multi-language portal and have translations for canned responses you will see them in topic's author's locale. If you believe the language selected is not user's language you are able to change it right from search window. Then canned response text or link will be created in the language selected.

New feature: Post comments on behalf of users.

Sometime you need to add a comment from your users (on behalf of them) received via another channels (phone, etc.)Now you are able to post comments on behalf of your users. Simply click "Additional options" button on the comment form and find the user.

New feature: Sitemap.xml

Now we generate sitemap.xml for each project dynamically. Also you are able to choose what forum have to be present in the sitemap and add some specific URLs if you need it. The settings are available in your Project settings -> Project -> SEO

New feature: Access to private forums by user's group

Now you are able to provide an access to private forums by user's group. Just open your private forum settings, then select user's group you would like to provide access to selected forum.

New feature: Custom links

Now you are able to create custom links which will be processed and redirect users to another link in your community. 

For example, you have an article "How to reset password" with some long link https://feedback.userecho.com/en/knowledge-bases/10/articles/7913-how-to-reset-your-userecho-password and you would like to publish some shorter link to the article (e.g. some paper materials). You can create a custom link https://feedback.userecho.com/links/password-reset which easier to remember and will redirect users to the article.

You can find these settings in your Project settings -> Project -> SEO -> Custom links

New feature: Print topic content

Now you are able to print specific topics, article or ticket content. If you have installed "Save to PDF" printer you are able to save it in to PDF file as well.
